Returns, defective products, and cancellations
■Cancellation due to customer's reasons Once payment has been confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or returns due to customer's reasons (order error, size not fitting, different from image, etc.).

- Redelivery : Please contact us at info@weebing.net within the specified period. The shipping fee for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
- Disposal : If the storage period (3 months) has elapsed, we will assume that you have no intention of receiving the item and will dispose of the item at our discretion. In this case, we will charge you a cancellation fee (100% of the item price), shipping fees, and storage costs.
- Usage restrictions : If malicious refusal to accept deliveries continues, we may suspend your eligibility to use this service.
Cooling-off period
Products purchased through mail order are not subject to the cooling-off period (unconditional cancellation) stipulated in the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
